helpful staff convenient location
the super nice team and kind! the location is great, just a short hop from the national gardens. the common area is nice, and they give you water bottles to refill anytime. the bathroom was spacious and very convenient, i was so impressed!!!
My room looked out onto a wall super close by. It felt very claustrophobic.

I loved the attentive staff. the team arranged a bike rental for me. They even brought the bikes to the hotel! the comfort room was gorgeous. It exceeded my expectations.

carpet stains weak wifi
The carpet had too many stains. It really impacted the feeling of cleanliness. The WiFi signal was also very weak in the room. I experienced frequent interruptions. I was not informed about the heating system. It could not keep the room warm because of the big window (this was in winter).

convenient location friendly staff beautiful design
i liked the hotel's convenient location near the subway. the staff was friendly and efficient. the design at the entrance and in the lounge room looked beautiful, and the shared spaces, including the rooftop, looked really good too.
The breakfast options were limited. I wished there were more choices available.
